ChapmanAlbin LLC Files Claims against Center Street Securities for David Ermlick’s GPB Sales

Friday, June 12, 2020

ChapmanAlbin LLC represents a Virginia estate against Center Street Securities for its registered representative, David Ermlick’s, recommendations to invest in GPB Waste Management. In the Complaint, the estate alleges that the investments were high-risk, illiquid, and unsuitable. The estate further alleges that Center Street and its agent, Ermlick, failed to conduct due diligence into the investment and should have known that the high commissions and fees made the promised 8% annual return virtually impossible and that the investment operated more akin to a Ponzi scheme. The complaint maintains that the only reason Ermlick and Center Street sold such a security to the investor was because of the lucrative commissions. The estate seeks a full recovery of the GPB investment plus attorney fees and punitive damages.

If you invested in GPB at the advice of David Ermlick and/or another Center Street broker, call us at 1-877-410-8172 for a free consultation. We may be able to help.
