Chapman LLC is suing a large national broker-dealer for over $1 million on behalf of individuals who invested in Westgate Capital Management. Chapman LLC alleges, in its FINRA Statement of Claim, that the brokerage firm that employed Philip Frank Rutigliano failed to supervise the illegal and fraudulent activities he conducted while he was registered there and that it failed to warn the investing public after he left.
